Today is a big day for us when we welcome 40 parents of pre-school and senior high students from College Mixte Devaise Pamphile. It was all hands on board to drill holes in 80 buckets, attach cleaning institutions and place spigots on the clean catchment buckets to be ready at 4PM. As parents checked in, Marie Estelle gathered important information from families: where do you get your water? [Mostly from a cistern]. How many people live in your family? [Most had four members, 2 families had eight members, 1 family has a household of 12 people].
See how far one filter impacts the lives of many in a large extended Haitian family? And can you see your generous support giving health and hope to these little girls?
